KA210-VET-F76A60FE — Mentoring for Young People Stepping Into the Railway Sector
Get to Know the Project
The RailMentor Project explicitly references the European Union's 'Lifelong Learning' and 'Digital Education' principles, aiming to improve quality in vocational education and strengthen cooperation between the business world and educational institutions.
Within the scope of the project, innovative mentoring models specific to the railway sector will be developed; a holistic educational approach supported by digital education platforms and applied teaching methods will be adopted to bring qualified human resources to the sector.
To this end, the primary goal of our project is to equip students of Gazi Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School — one of Turkey's formal VET providers in the railway sector — not only with technical knowledge but also with sectoral awareness and competencies to adapt to the dynamics of the labour market.
